OK, now that you've received your fit kit from Pedorthic Services, here are some simple tips to help you make a great impression. First, open the box and place it on a clean level surface. It will help if you have a sturdy chair or wall nearby for balance. Next, position your bare left foot directly over the center of the left box and get ready to apply your weight in a smooth steady fashion. Now press first your heel and then your fore-foot down into the impression foam. Use enough gentle force to make a full impression. Finally, keep your foot in place and use your fingers to press each toe, one at a time, into the foam as well. If you like, get a friend to help with this part. Now repeat the process with your right foot. When you're done, you should have a nice clean impression for your custom orthotics. OK, good job! You did it. Now simply return the postage paid box to our labs at your earliest convenience. Once we receive your box, your new footbeds will be delivered to you in about 5 working days. Its that easy!
